BEWARE! I brought clothing here over a year ago and received about $100.00 credit. I was satisfied with that process. I've been in and out over the past year or so and used a portion of my credit. A few weeks ago I stopped by and found a couple pieces to buy but unfortunately the clerk at the counter could not find my credit record. She then went on to tell me that because my sale was over a year ago "the law" indicates my credit is no longer valid. No, I don't think so you should probably not quote "the law" without actually knowing what it is. I believe what she was referring to is the one related to gift cards and similar credit types cards that do not expire after a year - that has been in effect for many years... I was pretty ticked off and stormed out. I likely won't go back - this was so unprofessional and a terrible way to treat a customer. Forget about her totally lying to me! You can keep my remaining 80 or so dollars and I will likely report you to whomever these kinds of things should be reported to.
