I've been getting my car dealt with here for a couple of years now, and I have no negatives to report. They are busy, and the hours are really tough if you want to make it into an office on time, but considering how badly a trip to some mechanics can go, that's a small price to pay.
What makes this place stand out is experience with VW/Audi vehicles. They already know where to look for common problems unique to those makes. That saves you a lot of lost dollars finding gremlins. They're also honest about what you can save by pushing the dealer on a recalled flawed part (they literally saved me thousands insisting I stand my ground on a design fault in my car).
If you want to drop off your car and feel confident you won't drive away with your problem still plaguing it, or feeling like a mechanic tacked on heaps of unneeded work, go here. I probably wouldn't still be driving my car today if I didn't use these guys. Audi should subsidize them for consistently making their cars worth keeping once warranties run out.
