This place is a joke. Went there for NYE and will not be going back. I am a big live music fan but I don't care who is playing, they could be my favorite band and I would sit it out. Drinks are way overpriced and they wont give you water. They claim that since its a ticketed event and they don't serve food that they don't legally have to give you water. So basically because they are not legally bound to do so, they choose not to. Sorry but that is just bad customer service and considering that people will be drinking and dancing, being hydrated should not be something they deny their customers. But they don't seem to care about customers anyway. Its all about status and appearances. It is Scottsdale after all. The place is set up pretty nice but don't expect to be able to place your coat, purse, belongings, etc. down anywhere because there is no coat check, no hooks, nothing. The place sucks for the amount of money you spend there. They also have ZERO beers on tap and instead serve everything in cans. Supposed to be upscale yet canned beer is all they offer. Its not a venue, its a douche club with a bar.
