Was able to walk in and get my oil changed, unlike firestone on Stephanie and arroyo grande where u have to set up a appointment for a week in advance for a oil change and pep boys on 215/Stephanie that won't take a walk in at 4:30pm when they close at 7pm cause and I quote "we don't take oil changes after 4pm so we can leave on time" not sure why an oil change would take over a 2 and a half hours to get done!! Especially when all they had was one car on the lift and mechanics standing outside smoking and talking but that's fine Big O sure didn't mind my business! And told me they close at 6 and take walk ins up to 5:20pm.
