I was a little spoiled because I shopped at Heinen's in Middleburg and I find that their prepared foods counter is superior to Rocky River. That's what usually drives my visit to Heinen's versus Giant Eagle.
Overall, Heinen's is a high quality store and you can rely on that excellency at all their locations. I can typically find specialty produce here that isn't anywhere else: fingerling potatoes, arugula, Persian cucumbers. Their wine selection is fantastic. They are sometimes pricier than other groceries, but you truly get what you pay for.
This particular one has a small, hectic, crappy parking lot that I'd much prefer to avoid. Also, I swear every time I'm in line at this location the cashier is carrying on a personal conversation with a bagger or another cashier. I find that unprofessional and annoying. I'd like them to focus on the customer.
