The first time I went to this restaurant about four years ago, I was blown away with service, the atmosphere, the variety on the menu and most importantly the food. We ordered their pancakes, fruit, shrimp and grits and a few other items. They were all amazing. We had a bit of a wait for our table but it was well worth it. (This was the South Park location). Then we went a second and third time and the wait was particularly long, the service was very average and while the menu didn't seem different, the quality of the food was significantly different. So we decided to try the Ballantyne location and we were shocked at the difference between the two locations. The Ballantyne restaurant didn't have as long of a wait and the menu was the same, but the restaurant itself was not very clean, the food did not taste good and the atmosphere was crowded and not very friendly. I have not since returned to this restaurant at either location.
