I would give zero stars if that were an option. I got a flat tire on the freeway, but was able to pull over into the shoulder of an on ramp. My insurance company selected Pop a Lock to send out to change my tire. I was told they would be there within 45 minutes. Not ten minutes later, the insurance company called and said the driver has called them and said I was not in a safe area and they won't be able to change my tire. I told them no one had even driven by. I'm sitting watching every car go by, not one was marked Pop a Lock. Their driver had flat out lied to the insurance company because he didn't want to change my tire. Now I have to wait an hour for a tow truck. I also have to run the engine because it's 95° outside and I need to have the air conditioner on since my kids are with me. Good job, Pop A Lock. Leaving a women with kids stuck on the freeway because you have a lazy employee.
