Frustrated and unsatisfied! First off, I went out of my way to come to this location because the first DD location I went to was out of caramel. I order a caramel latte with extra caramel. The girl gives me my order and I knew right away it was wrong. I asked her if it was a latte because it looked much darker than normal. She just laughed and said it was right. She failed to give me a receipt. I drive out of the drive thru line, only to confirm my order is incorrect. I paid $3.50, hoping to get a latte, but left with a lousy coffee and missing the extra pump of caramel syrup that they charged me for. Unable to go inside because parking was crowded and congested, and I was in a hurry...hence the reason why I went thru drive thru to begin with. Paid with my DD app, so I know I paid the full amount for a latte and extra pump of caramel, but my drink sure wasn't worth the $3.50 I paid. I ended up giving it away since it wasn't what I wanted. Won't be coming back here!
