We stopped in to check out this pet 'resort' because we recently got a puppy, NOT impressed. The lady at the front desk never looked up to acknowledge us when we came in, she was assisting someone and continued for 5 minutes...10 minutes...yes a full 12 minutes. My husband wanted to walk out but I was fascinated by such poor service, especially in Scottsdale where the competition is usually SO impressive. Another gal came to the front, also ignored us and started making reminder calls. WOW, are you serious?? Yes, the office lady finally graced us by asking how she could help, she over explained their 'resort' service like we were two year olds then called someone to take us on a tour of the 'resort' yup you guessed it, nasty little cages in a tiny dark little back room, the second the door opened to the room the dogs in the cages started barking so loud we had to step back out to hear our tour guide. Sheesh people, just say its a crappy little cage your pet will stay in for a week while you are gone, get rid of your delusions of a large room with AstroTurf and fake fire hydrants and trees and toys and RESORT stuff, lol.
