If I could put zero stars I would. I went there for fiesta party decorations and the area they had them in looked like shit, hardly anything up and no prices so I had to ask at the register how much everything cost and decided on 4 items. The cashier rang me up for 5 items, after paying and checking my receipt I pointed out that she rang me up for 5 items and I only wanted 4 and had those 4 in my bag. After trying to convince me that all the items I paid for I received she realized I was right. She rings me up for the refund and gives me a receipt showing -$3.24 credit to my account. I just checked my bank account and somehow she ended up charging me for that amount instead of giving me a refund. So I paid for an item that I never got not once but twice. This store was shitty and her attitude was shitty. They seem to be a mom and pop type store so they should be doing their best to compete with big party stores like Party City. I will never go here again. I am eating the $6.48 cost of the items I never received because I don't want to go back and get secretly charged again instead of given a refund. Stay away!
