Once you take long time by shuttle to arrive at their hotel where they park the bad cars outside, you lose your negotiation power. You are forced to buy their insurance at $12 per day, non-negotiable. The Indian guy is very rude to push you to sign.
After I returned to US for a while, I found out another $79 billed to my credit card. E-Z said the contract hides a term that E-Z will charge me $50 service fee to pay toll if I drive on a toll highway like Hwy 407.
