Let me say that I have a membership with EOS, and I'm not canceling because just like a tool it works good enough to get the job done at a price that is less than 40 bucks a month. That being said let me just say that this particular Jim has just like their other gems staff too young to be knowledgeable, and it seems like the customer service training is non existent. They are very friendly, but just not very knowledgeable. My review for this gym is particularly about the pool which looks like skim milk. No joke it really does look like skim milk and I am pretty sure that's not the way it's supposed to look so there's no way I'm going to ever swim in this pool. I did notice on this particular visit also that many of the pieces of equipment were under repair, and the boxing bag was also non-existent as it was broken; this is not the first time, I don't think I remember actually going in when the boxing bag was in good repair. If you are not into the boxing bag and you want better equipment in a much better pool there are much better options than EOS.
