I have never had a hair cut or color at this salon, BUT I was a regular customer when my esthetician, Caci, worked here years ago. Caci has moved on to Toccare, her own salon. So, I only visit this salon for products. I am a huge Aveda fan and luckily this is an Aveda salon. They have other products in addition to Aveda and I was tempted to buy some Kerastase products today. Carmen, the owner, came over to help me. He felt my hair and recommended I stick with my favorite Aveda product. I love when the owner of a business is on the floor helping customers. It makes me really want to stand behind a business when they do this. He chatted with me briefly and was extremely helpful. This experience will definitely bring me back for more product when I am in need. There are so many places I could shop for Aveda, but Carmen made sure I'd be back to his store again soon.
