I had a negative experience at the Premiere Moisson Bakery at the Atwater Market. I went to the Premiere Moisson to pick up fresh sourdough bread. As a New Yorker, I am used to attitude however this was a new level. The irony is that the bread is mediocre and similar bread can be found cheaper at Walmart, without the attitude.
After ordering the bread the older woman told the younger woman to ring me up and then proceeded to say in French, he does not understand what I am saying? He thinks I will cut the bread tall? She then begins laughing while the cashier looked nervously at me.
Obviously this is not the first time that the older woman has made their customers feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to the Premiere Moisson to give them more business.
