I'm not sure if there is new management but I like getting work done close to my home. I have had work done here before (brakes). However I've needed work done on my truck more than once and I have called recently to check on a quote for work and all 3 time I've called I got ( what's your name? What's the problem ok what's your number we will call you back in 20 mins. Nothing and this happened on more than one occasion name/problem/20mins call back ...... Nothing. Guess I see why the rate on this place are going down. I've sent people there and they got the run around in the office there as well. I thought hey people overreacting this place can't be that bad. Guess not. Just keep searching and forget about this place people. They gave up on customer service I guess only way to get ride of them and get a new place in that care is to take your $$$ elsewhere. (Oh and I'm a guy that knows vehicles and knew exactly what was wrong with my truck) imagine a lady that didn't know what was wrong. Yikes.
