They are getting 2 stars because the doctor and the medical asst were both pretty awesome. My issue is with the incredibly rude receptionist. I was seen for a dog bite which was to be paid through worker's comp through my employer. I showed up with all the necessary forms which I gave to the receptionist, she told me give them to the doctor instead, which I did and the doctor filled everything out. Instead of charging my employer, they demanded payment from me of $120 - plus billed my insurance company $750. When my employer got wind of this, they have been trying repeatedly to contact this facility for them to refund me, and send the bill to them (the correct procedure). It is nearly impossible to even hold a conversation with their receptionist since she obviously does not know what to do. They have finally agreed to send the bill to my employer and then refund my money after they are paid from my employer. Which basically means that they are going to collect from me, and from my insurance company, and from my employer. This leaves me with no alternative but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Dr. Hamid should get a new receptionist. I will not return to this facility, and do not recommend for any one else to go there.
