Hate to start off on a bad note, so I'll start with the good. I had the Big Gritty. It was certainly big. The burgers were pretty well done overall, the waffle fries were awesome.
The rest...The grilled cheese was completely dried out like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes, the bun for the burger was totally dry and tasteless, the cheese curds were cold hard and too greasy, the butternut soup tasted like over sweetened baby food. It took 45 minutes from the time we ordered to get the food.
I'd say that will be my last visit.
