Extremely polite individuals, and was almost to the point of being weird. They acted more like employees of a posh hotel, interested in the customers comfort and experience. The "wait lounge" was a comfortable room with a plasma TV and Netflix, comfortable chairs, fresh coffee, and a popcorn maker. Seeing that I had my laptop, the guy gave me the wifi password without me even asking. I got an alignment groupon for them, so it was a totally great overall experience.
