We were there to see the movie split. About 12 people in the theater. 10 minutes left in the movie right at the major climax the lights turned on and we never saw the end of the movie. Us and all the people in the theater walked around for 25/30 minutes looking for a manager. The place was completely empty, no manager to be found. My Fiancé called and the manager wasn't helpful. We plan to take this all the way to the top since the manager called my Fiancé a liar and told him it wasn't true. Also, they will only refund the regular priced seats and not our VIP seats we purchased. This sounds like bad management when there is no one on the floor to manage the confusion.
