I was at this location, waited two hours to be seen. After the lengthy wait, they refused service due to the staff not understanding my Insurance policy. I offered to call my insurance to put them in contact with the company directly, but they refused to even speak with the insurance representative.
I have visited this location before and have never had an issue. Needless to say, i will never return. There are several other urgent care service location in north Scottsdale that are by far superior.
