Please stay away! He is very rude and arrogant. On March 30th he was on rotation to deliver our baby. Unfortunately, he never once showed up to check on us in a 12 hour period. My fiance was in labor for 26 hours. At 3:45 am our baby Ava was having really bad decelerations as Dr. Pak just watched from the comfort of his own home. Rather than get up and come check on us at the hospital, he arrogantly told the nurse ( his exact words) that if he jumped for every decel, no babies would ever get born. At about 5:40am he signed off his shift and told the nurse that we are the next shifts problem. Seriously!!! That is his words, verbatim. Needless to say, the next Dr. that was on WASN rotation, showed an hour and 15 minutes later. He delivered our baby and she was pronounced dead 15 minutes after. They could not resuscitate her. Since her death, and between all our grief, we have sent hospital records along with Ava's heart strips to find out what went wrong that gruesome day. Every Dr. and specialist we have shown and spoke with, all have the same reaction. They can't believe he didn't come in and perform a C-section around 4-5am. It was a critical time in our daughters life and he refused to come in. We would have a 9 month old baby girl right now if we a professional Dr. with some accountability. Please steer clear. Wouldn't wish this guy on anyone.
