Bought an LG dryer from Lowes and called for warranty work. They sent Carolina Appliance Company for the repair. This guy had the worst attitude imaginable. Blamed the problem on everything but the appliance and was gone in a few minutes. Quick in and out and get paid. Ended up making the repair myself and as it turns out it was something that happened either in the manufacturing or shipping as a piece of packaging material was left in the vent. All the guy had to do was investigate a little.
Family members are moving to the area next week and into a new house and will need all new appliances. Was planning to purchase from Lowes as I get a military discount but this guy just cost Lowes a $10,000+ sale. To bad.
