I visited this location today to get my flat tire replaced with a new tire. They weren't busy with only 3 customers infront of me that have already been served. When I walked in, there was only 1 person in line at the cash register (me) yet nobody greeted me despite there being 3 employees working there (2) at the counter. I waited patiently for about 3 minutes before I just decided to grab one of the employee's attention vocally. He told me I could take a seat and he will get right back with me. So I sat down and waited for another 15 minutes. I was about to get up and leave when he finally called me back to the counter. They got the job done though, my tire was changed within 45 minutes not including the wait time. I probably won't visit this location again simply because I dont believe it's the costumers responsibility to grab their attention. If you there to spend money they should be quick to greet you at the door. Their sales team need more training.
