Ridiculous service! We had to wait over 30 minutes because they had 2 staff members, none of which were in any hurry to expedite the process. It is so frustrating to take several buses, 2 flights, just to have the holdup be at the rental car counter.
I'll never, ever use this company again, especially in Phoenix Arizona. Hint to anyone that works for this company with the power to make a positive change, I believe people would rather pay an extra $20 to not wait an exorbitant amount of time to pick up their reserved car!
Also, quit the up selling, if I ordered a particular car there was likely a reason.
