Called ahead of time to let them know when I would be there and why. I needed xray for my injury but I couldnt get it done because tech left 5 min before I got there. They had all my paperwork and knew why I was coming in, the tech left anyway. Doctor looked at injury and said nothing broken diagnosed without an xray. Went to see another doctor at a different facility and the first doctor was completely wrong. I would rate this in the negative if I could.
