The service here sucks. It's quite unfortunate as my boyfriend told me to go into Michael Hill to pick out a ring (yay)...I brought my sister along and we were complete ignored. Three salespeople standing against the wall not three feet away from us and not one "may I help you". Unacceptable in this day and age where customer service is such an important factor in deciding where to spend your hard earned money. We'll be taking our business elsewhere....shame because he had a $10000 budget. Their loss.
