I got both of my dogs groomed here about a month ago. The grooming was great! The reason why I brought it down to a three star is because one of my dogs was injured during the grooming. I am 200% sure that I did not leave my dogs with any bruises or bumps. When I got home, I was wondering why my dog kept trying to bite me when I picked her up. Especially since she never attacks or bite. When I was feeling around, I found the spot where they injured her. My husband and I was so angry. We knew it was a bruise/bump, nothing seriously. But at the same time, how tightly were you holding my dog to actually injure her to that extent? I've never had a groomer that actually injured my dog until I went to this salon. Very upsetting, especially since they did an AMAZING job on the cut. Too bad they use force with the dogs. Definitely not okay. I don't care how talented you are at grooming, injuring my dog is not worth it.
