Got the Groupon to get my floors cleaned. Called and left a message to schedule he appointment and got a voicemail from them the next day. Called again with no answer and decided to try texting like their message machine says to do and ended up setting up the appointment via text. Set up an appointment on a Friday for the next Friday. Texted Thursday to ensure the appointment was still a go and they say "sorry we don't have a time tomorrow, how does Wednesday work?" Scheduled for Wednesday in hopes I wouldn't go into labor before then. Got the floors cleaned, there was huge chunks of grout pulled up and on the floor, tracks all over our wood floor that didn't get cleaned, and huge puddles of water on our cleaned floors that I was told to "just towel up" (yes I'm 39 weeks pregnant at this point in time and supposed to just towel up the puddles they left). They get two stars because the tile was cleaner than it was.
