I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had minimal problems. The staff are always super nice and helpful, when anything has been wrong in our apartment they've fixed it. There is a roach problem but if you request pest control they come out once a week to help the apartments. The pigeon problem everyone complains about hasn't existed near our apartment. It depends on which unit you get. The pool area is always nice but often loud and noisy parties are held there at night. The walls are pretty thin so we do hear everything our neighbors are doing, but thats normal in my opinion. Some neighbors are pretty sketchy but thats what you get for living in an apartment complex. I've noticed that even though they say they tow cars that park under the covered parking lots of people still do. I wish they would tow more people! It's not fair to the people that actually live here that they take up all the spots. Overall I would recommend this complex to a friend.
