On my last day in Vegas , I was just wandering through the Forum Shops at Caesars and when I saw Max Brenner's I realized I had not tried anything there all week. What was I thinking? This was on my To Do List before arrival and I almost deprived myself of chocolate heaven! So, I went and ordered myself a slice of chocolate pizza and I was not disappointed one bit. The chocolate was just the perfect balance of sweetness vs bitterness. The crust was just thin enough, yet still chewy enough as well. The slice could maybe have been a bit bigger. But for $7 and an energy boost which I needed to keep me awake for my 11:30pm flight I won't be greedy. I know I won't wait until my last day in Vegas to eat there next time in their sit-down restaurant to try something from their menu and save room for more Chocolate Pizza for dessert. I would have given it 5 stars but there was no one at the take-out counter to take my order and a small crowd grew before someone finally showed up to serve us.
