I wish I could give negative stars! I also wish I would have read these reviews before I went with them. He had to order a hinge kit for me. Said it would be in the next week. No call. I asked of it was in. He said yes it had come in the week before. Then asked to schedule it. He also wouldn't schedule the cleaning until that was done. Then I kept asking and he scheduled and then cancelled. I finally texted today and asked who I should speak to. This is the text I got back. "I apologize. We won't be able to service your hood and fan. I thought we would be able to, however due to some labor issues we can't. Again I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Wow, just wow. 3 weeks! Plus I doubt he really even had my hinge kit. I asked him where it is and he just ignores me. No reply. Very bad business practices!
