After the experience I had on Saturday 11/21/2015, it's no wonder that the reviews of this place are HORRIBLE. The staff is HORRIBLE, DISTASTEFUL, and down right NASTY! No one is willign to help you, even if you have a scheduled appointment and have brought your whole wedding party in with you. I couldn't tell you not one employees name in this store. Not even the managerm, employees don't have name badges on and those that do, you can't see them because they are too busy passing right bye you to help 15 other people that arrived after you. Ladies, I was so disappointed in all of you, You took away from me what was supposed to be an exciting and funfilled day looking for bridal gowns. I couldn't even get someone to measure me or my bridesmaids. Then to add insult to injury, all they can do is apologize as I'm walking out of the store. I left that place in tears, and went home without anymore excitement and no dress! The worst dress experience ever, and I don't recommend any bride or bridesmaids, and flower girls go through what my wedding party and I had to go through!! These ladies lost a lot of commission because of it!
I feel that Corporate office should go in the store and re-evaluate all the employees and Managers... And formally apologize for the brides that have had a terrible experience and are on Yelp. I am not looking for any discounts, or freebies because I have already purchased my dress. But I would like respect for what I had to go through at this Terrible Store!
