Full disclosure: I purchased nothing here. Because the customer service was terrible. Whomever was working there today (October 20, 2015) needs to learn how to talk to customers. When I walked in I was greeted and asked what they could help me with (a good start). I said "Washers & Dryers". I was asked if I was looking for new or used, and I said it didn't matter. Then the employee said, "Well, we don't have any used right now. Except the Kenmore, the white one." Well, most of their appliances are white so finding that one was a bit of a challenge. She didn't exactly make an effort to point out the exact one. ***Overall I found her very condescending.*** AND she was looking at her phone most of the time. Completely inappropriate and rude. I said, "Thank you" in a manner that I thought indicated I'd like a few minutes *by myself* to look at prices and models, and she didn't leave. I looked at the washers and dryers for about another 30 seconds and then she said, "So you don't want the Kenmore?" What?? I'd been in the store about 5 minutes. Not everyone makes snap decisions when it comes to forking over several hundred dollars. I will not be going back, and I won't be recommending this place either.
