I go here for waxing only, so I can't vouch for the rest. To tell you that it's a relaxing experience would be an insult to both of us, as it's patently impossible to use the words "relaxing" and "have the living daylights ripped out of you" in the same sentence. But Summerhill Spa certainly gets points for trying, which is really the maximum one can do in this scenario.
The ladies are professional, the atmosphere is pleasant, and unlike an unfortunate number of waxing establishments, this one is clean, calm and comfortable. Sometimes I even manage a pleasant legs-akimbo conversation with my aesthetician through clenched teeth. Service is attentive yet efficient (a full Brazilian takes maybe 10-15 minutes).
In summation, if you're looking for a place to lie spread-eagle with your naked privates in a stranger's face with the utmost dignity, this is it. Enjoy!
