If I could give negative stars I would!.. from the first time I went there, I found the office staff was extremely rude, un empathetic and they charged me office visits although my insurance (PPO) says they shouldn't have! Could not get even one question answered by the Dr unless I made an appointment ( more $ ) by the way, the Dr. wasn't very empathetic either and she basically had her hand on the doorknob during our appointments! I actually told her to "sit down, I've payed for this appointment and I have a couple more questions!" ( I really did) I didn't feel comfortable going through a surgery with people whom obviously did not care at all about my well being and who were causing me even more stress so I cancelled my surgery 3 days before it was due to happen. Then had to wait a couple of months for them to credit me MY $ from the office visits, I guess they thought I was either a wimp or stupid, the billing woman kept telling me to get it back from my insurance company. Really? They're not the ones that took my money BEFORE they filed the claim, duh!!!!
If you need an oncologist, please, you don't have this horrible experience! Someone told me that they are all like that.. ummm, NO, THEY ARE NOT! I found an angel from heaven when I found Dr. Lisa Abaid in Newport, CA!!! Worth every single mile to go see her!!!!
