Went to theater and movie started lights left on. Freezing cold. Had to run all the way from #15 to lobby to let them know and the girl didn't apologize and when asked if they could start it over said no because it would mess up the rest of the day. Said I could stop by to get a pass for another movie at end and then snarkily said "Merry Christmas" as I was racing back to try not to miss any more than I already had. After she took her time turning off the lights the theater got some heat but then cold air was blowing the remainder of the time. I sat freezing and distracted and furious for 2 hours. I will NEVER go there again. Merry Christmas.
