I always feel horrible giving low star ratings, but I had a rough experience with this store. The girl who fitted me didn't seem to know much about running shoes; there weren't any questions about my training style or anything. She pointed the running shoes out to me and compared them based on the amount of cushion they had. I picked one and she fitted me, assuring me that I was nearly a 7.5 and might even need wide shoes. I was baffled because I am always a 6 or 6.5, but she kept telling me that my feet spread out when I run and that my current shoes are probably too tight. I tried a wide and they were like clown shoes, so she got me a 7. I tried them on and told her several times that they felt really loose and again she said it was because my Nikes are just too small and narrow and now I'm used to that. Because of their return policy, I thought I would give them a shot. It was a huge mistake. I went on one run and my arches burned the whole time. When I got home, I had a blister running along my instep. I am grateful for the no questions asked return policy, however had she fitted me properly I wouldn't have needed it. I don't think she really knew what she was doing and I made the mistake of thinking I was wrong when that wasn't the case. Unfortunately I won't be back.
