Please avoid this place. Every time I called for a trim/haircut I was told the last girl who cut my hair had left. Why so much turnover here? I was going on the 5th person in a year! So when I asked for a highly recommended stylist, I made the appointment. The stylist cut my hair in about 5 minutes, totally sped through it never addressed me or made eye contact- and then chopped the most awful layered uneven chunks out of my hair. I think a 5 year old blindfolded could've done a better job. I didn't ask for anything crazy or abstract- just "simple long layers". Instead I looked like I chopped gum out of my hair. So they offered to have someone "fix it", but no one ever once apologized except for the person who tried hard to fix the mess in my hair and it wasn't their responsibility to apologize. Unprofessional place, no concern or follow up for bad service and how it affects customers..and on top of it, the people running the desk who often can be dismissive and rude...learned my lesson. Zero stars were not an option. Stay away
