If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The staff here are very pretentious for no good reason. The way they treat customers is down right disgusting. You would think ensuring a customer is happy would be their top priority but it is not. I came shopping here one day after going on an all day shopping spree and I came to this location looking for a specific item I couldn't find in my size. I had a question about the price difference and asked a manager SERGIO ZUNIGA to double check with the other store. He rudely stated, this is the price I'm not checking any other store. You either want it or don't! Say, WHAT!?!? I kindly walked myself and my wallet out of the store.
I am a serious consumer of goods, so I can shop elsewhere. Seriously staff at Tommy Hilfiger Outlet, please don't act as if you're working in the Prada store. Because you're not! Furthermore, the staff there even knows how to treat ALL of their customers.
