I came here Aug 17, 2017 for my first time. I am a senior do-it-yourselfer. HD and Lowes did not have grey paver set, which I really wanted red, because my paving is red brick. I needed red to fill the spaces so the weeds don't come out from between the cracks. HD referred me to Marvel, because their computer says red is "out of stock" which usually means discontinued. The Marvel employee I called several days ago, called the manufacturer to ask about the red, and he called me back to say it was discontinued due to source of that colored sand was no longer available. Darn!
When I went to pick up the grey polymer sand, there were two guys at the counter, both were on the phone for a long time. i think I waited 10 min. There were other people standing there. but after one got off the phone, I was next, and he took care of my order right away. I went to the yard and someone on a forklift saw me and came to attend my pick up immediately.
If it were not for the 10 min wait, I would give them 5 stars. No wait would be ideal, but I cannot expect the company to spend more $ for another employee, if sometimes third employee has to fritter time away, cos the counter was not THAT busy at the time I came in.
HD/Lowes polymer sand was $20 for 40 lb bucket. Marvel's was $27 for a 50 lb bag
