After reading the other reviews it seems like people really like Kayla. I have no idea who that is. I am giving 1 star because I went in with an excruciating dental emergency with 2 infected, swollen, and rotten teeth to be pulled. However, after doing unnecessary and unbearably painful x-rays for those 2 teeth I was refused service. The X-rays were unnecessary because I have a total of 5 teeth in my mouth, with 1 broken at the gum line, the other so dark it's almost black, and both obviously severely infected. The other 3 teeth look normal so it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
So, they're the only dentist I could find in my area that takes my insurance-open Medicaid. After a long wait and the x-rays I was finally able to see a nurse/doctor (not sure which). They asked me many questions as a new patient (which I was ok with and expected). Then they tell me because I have seizures that they can't do anything for me. I told them I would be fine with just novacaine injections, assuming they didn't want to put me under for fear of a seizure. Their response was we're not going to do that. I told them the rest of my mouth was done that way with no problems. They didn't care and sent me home. Just terrible terrible terrible!
