Approximately 14 months ago I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, very stylish and more expensive than my first car. The temple piece broke and I returned to get them repaired. Leo explained that they were out of warrantee and possibly unrepairable. They were sent to CA for assessment and seemed to disappear on shipping back to Phx. Lost and nowhere to be found. Leo called me and indicated that I should come in and pick out another pair. I thanked him, but behold, my repaired pair were found. All better now and on my nose again. A high quality establishment that understands customer service
