I've lived here a little over a year now and have had an awesome experience so far. Rent did go up a bit but its gone up everywhere I've lived. The gym and pool are well maintained and the actual grounds are absolutely beautiful (cherry blossoms in full bloom now since its spring). The atmosphere of the place is very important to me and they do an amazing job of keeping the plants and paths looking beautiful. You can absolutely enjoy the outside of your apartment here as much as the inside. You really get what you pay for here--standards of quality here are very high. Absolutely free of bug infestations which is another huge deal for me as I've dealt with apartment buildings in the past that have had issues and am thankful to have never found anything in or around my apt. Another plus... the office staff is awesome! Very friendly and helpful--especially Silvia and Carlos. I've told my friends and family about this place and am hoping to have some familiar neighbors very soon!
