I paid $19.99 to get something delivered next day guaranteed. It still isn't there. an that was two days ago. According to their "wonderous tracking online", it left PHX on a plane, no one has seen it or scanned it since and they don't know how to find it until 30 days have gone by and you don't get your money-back guarantee until you can prove it WAS delivered late.... really! I??, Thanks USPS...you suck
