Just left this place...
I wanted to try this place since it has 5 stars compare to the other reflexology that's also near by. So I brought my dad since his been having shoulder aches/pain, which was also my issue. We got there and we were told that it will be about 20-30 minutes wait, which was fine even though I could've tried to the other place only a block away. Given that it has 5 stars review. So we waited.
After 30 minutes, we were ushered in and and asked us to lay on our back. Then he came back with a bucket of "warm water" more on the colder side. He asked us to scoot down and bend our knee to soak our feet in. Lying flat and bended knee really isn't a very comfortable position. It was putting a strain on my lower back. After 5 minutes I had to just sit down while I waited. 15 minutes of waiting / feet soaking. I was right next to a wall clock, couldn't helped but looked at the time. Finally the masseur came in. So how's the massage. I walked in with aching shoulder, I walked out with no relieved. I paid for 75 minutes but only got 60 minutes of actual massage. Feet soaking for 15 minutes?!!! Really?!!! That's included in 75 minutes!!Wow what a ripped off!!! Never will I recommend this place nor come back. Did I tip, of course I did, gave him $12 , I'm not a horrible customer even though the service was mediocre and such waste!!
