This company has the worse customer service. I had set up I service for today from 11-2. I get a call at 1 saying they do not have anyone in area to service my request. I asked the guy why hadn't someone called me to tell me this earlier so basically I wasted my whole morning. I called another company in Alpharetta which was the same company but different number. The guy said someone would be out between 3-6. About hour later I get a call from this company stating they didn't have anyone to come. So I called back to get the name of the owner and surprise, no one would give me his name. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Do not do business with this company they want to sell you stuff but will not back it up if it breaks.
