Wow - that was horrible and unnerving. Just moved to Phoenix and I discovered that during transit one of my lamps had a broken switch. Popped into this shop and was met by the MOST rude, arrogant and condescending man I have ever met. On top of which he wanted to charge upwards of 50.00 to fix a switch? No thank you. Will never be back!
