I did not receive a hair cut but my boyfriend did. And while I sat out in the lobby the two dark haired girls (one was named Jennifer) talked very loudly (loudly enough that I could hear their conversation in the lobby) saying bad things about other employees. Also, a woman came in to drop off her application and after she left they said bad things about her and how she shouldn't want to work at that location because "it sucks here, this store sucks" while men were in their chair! I have never seen 2 people behave in such an unprofessional manner in my life and I would consider telling my boyfriend not to come to this location ever again. However, Paige was so wonderful and did such a great job on his hair that she proved that this location does not suck, it actually just has a few employees who suck.
