Showed up 2 hours late. Truck not big enough and charged us $360 for second truck without notice or estimate beforehand. Actual cost $500 over original estimate given over phone. Damage done to furniture and am having trouble getting a claim form. Some items lost in transit including brand new space heater in large unopened carton which was clearly labeled. We used them years ago and were very happy. Not sure what happened in intervening years....
