I love Chick-fil-A but this is probably the first bad experience I've had. The customer service was okay but the food was so cold. It didn't even taste warm like it was sitting under a warmer.. it was just super cold. The fries were soggy and weird. Almost like they were a day old. I know they werent but it was so terrible. My chicken was cold and tough. I know it sounds over dramatic but they tasted like someone else's cold leftovers. Definitely below the standard of what I know Chick-fil-A to be. After waiting fifteen minutes for food I was too annoyed and hungry to ask for a new order so I threw it away and left.
